Pauviera Youth Center: A Foundation For Teens is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowering teens through mentorship, education, leadership development, and community support. We create opportunities for young people to grow, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to succeed.

Our Mission

Pauviera Youth Center: A Foundation For Teens is committed to fostering cultural communication, women’s leadership, BIPOC advocacy, and social entrepreneurship. We provide youth, especially young women of color and teens facing challenges, with opportunities for empowerment, leadership development, mentorship, and personal and professional growth.

Through advocacy, education, and entrepreneurial skills development, we help young people build confidence, strengthen their voices, and create positive change within their communities.

Our Vision

Within the next five years, Pauviera Youth Center: A Foundation For Teens will become transformative force in bridging gaps in leadership development, economic opportunity, and cultural advocacy for underserved youth.

We envision a future where all young women and teens have access to education, mentorship, resources, and culturally focused support services that empower them to reach their full potential and become future leaders in the community.
